📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours from 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No candles or incense allowed

• No visitors are allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 33 lbs, please check the pet fee

• In case of damage, please notify Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in fines from R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🚗 Garage

• The apartment does not have a parking space.

• Upon arrival, you can speak directly with the front desk; if there is an available space, they will allow you to park inside the building.

🚲 Bicycle

• Bicycles are located on the ground floor.

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 220V. There are 2 transformers in the pantry/laundry area for use.

• Elevators: There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Use the service elevator when returning from the beach; there is a foot rinse station in the parking area to remove sand.

• The TV is Smart with open channels and Samsung TV.

• Luggage Carts: Can be used to bring up suitcases, located in the garage area. Please return them to the same location after use.

• Trash bins are located in the garage.

• Always close the windows when turning on the air conditioning.

• Before leaving: close windows, turn off the air conditioning, TV, lights, and lock the door.
