📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets are allowed

• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in a fine of $60 to $100 USD, plus repair costs

🚗 Parking

• The apartment has 1 parking space.

• Spaces are rotating and double. Please park in the center of the floor markings to avoid occupying more than one space, which could inconvenience other residents.

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 110V

• Use the last 2 elevators (social) and select the 10th floor. Apartment 1010 is located on your left.

• The TV is Smart, has only open channels and Samsung TV

🗑️ Waste Bin

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of on the ground floor.
