📌 Accommodation Rules

• Silence after 10:00 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No candles or incense allowed

• No visitors are permitted

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, check the pet fee

• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs

🚗 Parking

• The apartment has 1 parking space.

• Spaces are rotating and double. Please park in the center of the floor markings to avoid occupying more than one space, which could inconvenience other residents.

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 110V

• Use the last 2 elevators (social) and select the 14th floor. Apartment 1410 is located on your left.

• The TV is Smart and only has open channels.

🗑️ Waste Bin

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of on the ground floor.

📌 When Leaving

• Always close the windows when using the air conditioner.

• Before leaving: close the windows, turn off the air conditioner, TV, and lights, and lock the door.
