Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence after 10 PM
• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Candles or incense are not allowed
• No visitors or pets are allowed
• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Use of Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or improper use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bike Rack
• Must be kept inside the apartment; use the service elevator
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, which serve from the 1st to the 20th floor. Get off on the 16th floor. To your left is apartment 1608.
• Voltage: 220V
• Living room TV: Smart, without channels
• Bedroom TVs: Have Chromecast and open channels
• Air conditioning: to use it, close the windows.
• Blinds: We kindly ask for special care. They are delicate and should be handled carefully, without forcing them; Use the remote control for the automated blinds in the living room
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Courtesy of the Condominium)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 AM and 4:20 PM. No extra cost for accepting Basic Cleaning.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet sanitization, and floor mopping), garbage removal, and bed making (if there are clothes or objects on the bed, the service will not be performed)
• Balcony washing on Wednesdays (balconies must be clear, otherwise the service will not be performed).
• Indicate with the door-handle sign. If the sign is absent and there are no guests, cleaning will be carried out.
• Does not include towel replacement
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of waste in the containers next to the mailboxes, in the hallway.
