Please find below some important information for your stay:

📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels over the railing

• Candles and incense are not allowed

• No visitors or pets allowed

• In case of damage, please contact Book Santos immediately

• Failure to follow the rules may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs

🏊‍♂️ Pool and Common Areas

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate behavior

• Use the service elevator if you are wet

🚗 Parking

• 1 rotating spot per apartment

• Suggested levels: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• If you prefer, ask the valet for assistance — there’s no additional cost

🚲 Bike Rack

• Go down the ramp to the basement and turn left to find the Bike Rack

🔌 General Information

• To use the elevators, take the one in front of the reception, which serves units ending in 01 to 04. Go up to the 27th floor. Your apartment is 2701

• Voltage: 220V

• TV: it’s a Smart TV with local channels

• Air conditioning: please close the windows before use

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off the air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door

🧹 Basic Cleaning (Condominium Courtesy)

• Every day except holidays, between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM, with no fixed time. There’s no extra cost for accepting the Basic Cleaning service.

• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, and floor), trash removal, and bed arrangement (if there are clothes or objects on the bed, the service will not be performed)

• Indicate with the door hanger sign. If there’s no sign and no guests in the apartment, the cleaning will be done.

• Towels are not replaced

🛀 Jacuzzi

• Fill the jacuzzi above the jets until the display lights up and becomes functional

• Turn on the display

• Press the pump button (jets) on the right side of the display

• Choose the temperature using the (+) and (–) buttons

• Heating is gradual and takes about 2 hours for the temperature to start rising, due to the cold water in the system. It may take a bit longer on colder days.

• Once the selected temperature is reached, the heater turns off automatically. If the temperature drops by even 1°C, it will restart to maintain the desired temperature.

⚠️ Special Recommendation ⚠️

• As soon as you arrive at the apartment, a helpful tip is to prepare the jacuzzi for a relaxing experience. After filling it, make sure to close the tap and start the heating. Don’t forget to place the cover on the jacuzzi to maintain the ideal temperature. While it warms up, enjoy other activities — once it’s ready, relax and unwind.

• If you use the jacuzzi, please empty it before leaving the apartment. Also, please do not use glass cups inside it, thank you.

🗑️ Waste Bin

• Dispose of trash in the bins located on the ground floor inside the parking area, near the door that leads to the garage
