Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence after 10 PM
• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• No visitors allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15 kg. Please check the pet fee.
• In case of damage, please inform Book Santos immediately
• Non-compliance may result in fines of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or improper use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating parking space per apartment
• Suggested: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bike Rack
• Going down the ramp to the basement, turn left to find the bike rack
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take the elevator in front of the reception, which serves apartments ending in 01 to 04. Get off on the 16th floor. Your apartment is 1603
• Voltage: 220V
• Living room TV: equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick
• Bedroom TV: Not a Smart TV, it has a digital antenna for local channels
• Air conditioning: close the windows before using it.
• When leaving: Close the windows, turn off the air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the bins located on the ground floor inside the parking area, near the door to the garage
