📌 Accommodation Rules

• Silence after 10:00 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No candles or incense allowed

• No visitors are permitted

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, check the pet fee

• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs

• The apartment does not have a parking space.

• Voltage: 110V

• Use the last 2 elevators (social) and select the 13th floor. Apartment 1302 is the second door on the right.

• The TV is Smart and only open channels are available.

• The half bathroom is located inside the apartment’s closet.

• Organic and recyclable waste can be disposed of on the ground floor.
