📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours from 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No candles or incense allowed

• No visitors or pets are allowed

• In case of damage, please notify Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in fines from R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

• The apartment does not have a parking space. We pay for a nearby parking lot.

• It is allowed to store 1 bicycle per apartment.

• Notify Book Santos in advance so we can inform the building.

• Voltage: 220V.

• Elevators: The apartment is on the 4th floor.

• There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Use the service elevator when returning from the beach.

• The TV is Smart, has open channels, and Claro Box with cable channels.

• There is a trash bin in the hallway, between the social and service elevators.
