Please find below some important information for your stay:

📌 Accommodation Rules

• Silence after 10:00 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets allowed

• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music or improper use

• Use the service elevator if wet

• 1 rotating spot per apartment

• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• If you prefer, ask the valet for help, no extra cost

• Going down the ramp to the basement, turn left and you will find the Bike Rack

• To use the elevators take the one in front of the reception, serving apartments ending in 01 to 04. Go down to the 17th floor

• Voltage: 220V

• TV: Smart TV, open channels available

• Air conditioning: close windows before use. The air conditioning in the room is not working (07/10/25)

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door

• Dispose of trash in the Waste Bin located on the ground floor inside the parking lot, next to the door that leads to the garage
