📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors or pets are allowed

• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos

• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repairs

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music, or improper use

• Use the service elevator if wet

• 1 rotating spot per apartment

• Suggested: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• If you prefer, request help from the valet, no extra cost

• Going down the ramp to the basement, turn left and you will find the Bike Rack

• To use the elevators, take the one at the end of the hallway, which serves apartments ending in 05 to 10. Get off on the 12th floor

• Voltage: 220V

• TVs: local open channels and apps available

• Air conditioning: close the windows before use

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door

• Dispose of in the collectors located on the ground floor inside the parking lot, near the door that gives access to the garage
