📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM
• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• No candles or incense allowed
• No visitors allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium dogs up to 15kg, check pet fee
• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment
• Follow the instructions provided on the page How to Access the Building [LINK]
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• Going down the ramp to the basement, turn left to find the bike rack
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take the elevator at the end of the hallway, serving apartments ending 05 to 10. Get off at the 8th floor. Your apartment is 809
• Voltage: 220V
• TV: It is a Roku Smart TV. To access local channels, press GUIDE on the remote control, then select the channel. To return to the Menu and access the SMART function, press the Home button.
• Guest bathroom: as stated in the advertisement, the guest bathroom does not have a shower.
• Air conditioning: To use, close the windows
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off A/C, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the bins located on the ground floor inside the parking lot, near the door giving access to the garage
