📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No candles or incense allowed

• No visitors allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium dogs up to 15kg, check pet fee

• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use

• Use the service elevator if wet

• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment

• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• If you prefer, ask the valet for assistance, no extra cost

• Going down the ramp to the basement, turn left to find the bike rack

• To use the elevators, take the elevator at the end of the hallway, serving apartments ending 05 to 10. Get off at the 7th floor

• Voltage: 220V

• Living Room TV: Smart TV with open channels

• Suite TV: Not Smart, has IPTV

• Bedroom TV: Not Smart, open channels available

• Air conditioning: To use, close the windows

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off A/C, lights, TV, and lock the door

• Dispose of trash in the waste bins located on the ground floor inside the parking lot, near the door giving access to the garage
