Check below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence after 10:00 PM
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Use of candles or incense is prohibited
• Visitors are not allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, check pet fee
• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music or improper use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bike
• Must be kept inside the apartment; use the service elevator
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, which serve the 21st to 37th floor. Get off on the 34th floor. On your right will be apartment 3412.
• Voltage: 220V. Some outlets are 110V, check the label (if there is no label, it is 220V)
• TV: it’s a smart TV and has open channels
• Blinds: We kindly ask for special care. They are delicate and must be handled carefully, without forcing them
• Air conditioning: to use it, close the windows. The bedroom AC is not working
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Courtesy of the Condominium)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 AM and 04:20 PM. There is no extra cost for accepting the Basic Cleaning.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet sanitization, and floor mopping), trash removal, and bed making (if there are clothes or objects on the bed, the service will not be performed)
• Balcony washing on Fridays (balconies must be free, otherwise the service will not be performed).
• Indicate with the sign on the doorknob. If there is no sign and no guests, the cleaning will still be performed.
• Does not include towel change
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the collectors next to the mailboxes, in the hallway
