Check below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence after 10 PM
• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Candles or incense are not allowed
• Visitors are not allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, please check pet fee
• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Use of the Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• Must be kept inside the apartment; use the service elevator
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, which serve from the 21st to the 37th floor. Get off on the 32nd floor. On your right will be apartment 3202.
• Voltage: 220V.
• TVs: are smart and have open channels
• Blinds: Please handle with care. They are delicate and should be used carefully, without forcing them
• Glass windows: they are not opening, please do not force them as there is a risk of falling
• Air conditioning: to use, close the windows.
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off A/C, lights, TVs, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Courtesy of the Condominium)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 AM and 4:20 PM. There are no extra costs for accepting Basic Cleaning.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet sanitization, and floor mopping), garbage removal, and bed arrangement (if there are clothes or objects on the bed, the service will not be performed)
• Balcony washing on Fridays (balconies must be free, otherwise the service will not be performed).
• Indicate with the sign on the doorknob. If the sign is absent and guests are not in the unit, cleaning will be performed.
• Does not include towel change
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the collectors next to the mailboxes, in the hallway
