Check below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours start at 10 PM
• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Candles and incense are not allowed
• No visitors allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium dogs up to 15kg, pet fee applies
• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately
• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repairs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music or inappropriate use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating parking space per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
• If you prefer, ask the valet for help, no extra cost
🚲 Bicycle
• Going down the ramp to the basement, turning left you will find the Bike Rack
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take the one in front of the reception, which serves apartments ending in 01 to 04. Get off on the 27th floor
• Voltage: 220V
• TV: Smart TV with open channels
• Air conditioning: close the windows to use it
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🛀 Jacuzzi
• Fill the jacuzzi above the jets, until the display lights up
• Turn on the display
• Press the pump button (jets) on the right of the display
• Choose the temperature (+ and - buttons)
• Heating is gradual, it takes around 2h for the temperature to start rising due to cold water circulating in the system. On colder days it may take a little longer.
• Once the chosen temperature is reached, heating stops automatically. If temperature drops even 1°C, the heater starts again to maintain it.
⚠️ Special Recommendation ⚠️
As soon as you arrive at the apartment, a valuable tip is to prepare the jacuzzi for relaxing moments. After filling it, make sure to close the valve and start heating. Don’t forget to place the cover to keep the ideal temperature. While it heats up, enjoy other activities and when ready, have a well-deserved rest.
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the collectors located on the ground floor inside the parking lot, right next to the door that leads to the garage
