📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors allowed

• Pets allowed: small and medium-sized dogs up to 33 lbs (check pet fee)

• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repair costs

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use

• Use the service elevator if wet

• 1 rotating spot per apartment

• Suggested: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Park centered, respecting the markings

• If you prefer, ask the valet for help (no extra cost)

• Going down the ramp to the basement, turn left and you will find the Bike Rack

• To use the elevators, take the one at the end of the hallway, which serves units ending in 05 to 10. Get off on the 23rd floor

• Voltage: 220V

• TVs: have Smart function and have open channels.

• Air conditioning: close windows before use

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door

• Dispose of trash in the Waste Bin on the ground floor inside the parking lot, near the door that gives access to the garage
