Please find below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence from 10:00 PM
• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Use of candles or incense is prohibited
• Visitors are not allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, check pet fee
• In case of damage, immediately notify Book Santos
• Violations may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or improper use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating spot per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• Must be kept inside the apartment; use the service elevator
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, serving the 1st to 20th floors. Exit on the 19th floor. On your left is apartment 1910.
• Voltage: 220V
• Electrical power: Using the same card that opened the door, insert it into the slot next to the door to activate the power. When leaving, you must remove the card and leave it in the safe, as we do not have a copy. There is a video explanation available at the instructions link.
• TV: it is a Smart TV and has local free channels
• Air conditioning: close the windows before use.
• Blinds: Please handle with care. They are delicate and must be operated gently, without forcing them;
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off air conditioning, lights, and TV, lock the door, and store the card inside the safe.
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Condo Courtesy)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 AM and 04:20 PM. No extra cost for Basic Cleaning
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, floor), trash removal, and bed arrangement (if free of clothes/objects)
• Balcony washing on Fridays (must be clear, otherwise service will not be done)
• Indicate with the door hanger. In its absence and without guests, cleaning will be performed
• Does not include towel change
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose in the collectors next to the mailboxes, in the corridor.
