📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence after 10 PM
• No smoking inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Candles or incense are not allowed
• No pets or visitors allowed
• In case of damage, please inform Book Santos immediately
• Non-compliance may result in fines of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or improper use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating spot per apartment
• Suggested: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
• If you prefer, request assistance from the valet — no extra cost
🚲 Bike Rack
• Going down the ramp to the basement, turn left to find the bike rack
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take the one in front of the reception, which serves apartments ending in 01 to 04. Get off on the 19th floor. Your apartment is 1903
• Voltage: 220V
• TV: only local channels available
• There is only 1 air conditioner remote control, which operates both units
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the bins located on the ground floor inside the parking area, near the door to the garage
