Check below for some important information for your stay:

📌 Accommodation Rules

• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the window ledge

• Candles or incense are prohibited

• Visits are not allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium dogs up to 15kg, check pet fee

• In case of damage, notify Book Santos immediately

• Violations may result in a fine from R$ 300 to R$ 500, plus repairs

• Only with swimwear

• No drinks, loud music or inappropriate use

• Use the service elevator if wet

• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment

• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor

• Park centered, respecting markings

• The apartment’s bike hook is located on the 3rd floor

• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, serving floors 1 to 20. Get off on the 11th floor. Apartment 1112 is on your right

• Voltage: 220V

• TV: Smart, has open and cable channels

• TV remote should be used only to turn on/off; to change channels always use the NET remote to stay on the correct input (HDMI 3)

• Blinds: handle with care, do not force them

• When leaving: Close windows, turn off air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door

• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 and 16:20

• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, and bed making (if items are on the bed, service will not be performed)

• Balcony cleaning on Wednesdays (balconies must be free)

• Indicate with a sign on the doorknob

• Does not include towel exchange

• Dispose in the bins next to the mailboxes in the corridor
