Check below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Silence after 10:00 PM
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Use of candles or incense is prohibited
• No visitors are allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, check pet fee
• In case of damage, immediately inform Book Santos
• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repairs
🏊♂️ Use of Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate use
• Use the service elevator if wet
🚗 Garage
• 1 rotating parking space per apartment
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• Must be kept inside the apartment; use the service elevator
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take one of the 3 elevators on the right, which serve from the 1st to the 20th floor. Go down on the 11th floor. On your right will be apartment 1111.
• Voltage: 220V
• The TV is Smart, and through the NET device local open channels, news, sports, kids, movies, and series are available. To switch, press the "Source" button (upper right corner of the TV remote) and select HDMI 1 where the device is installed
• Air conditioning: to use, close the balcony door.
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🧹 Basic Cleaning (Courtesy of the Condominium)
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays), between 08:00 AM and 4:20 PM. There is no extra cost for accepting Basic Cleaning.
• Includes sweeping, bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet sanitation, and mopping the floor), trash removal, and bed making (if there are clothes or objects on the bed, the service will not be performed)
• Balcony washing on Wednesdays (balconies must be clear, otherwise the service will not be performed).
• Indicate with the door hanger. If the hanger is missing and guests are absent, cleaning will be performed.
• Does not include towel change

• Dispose in the collectors next to the mailboxes, in the hallway
