📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours from 10 PM
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Use of candles or incense is prohibited
• No visitors allowed
• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg, please check the pet fee
• In case of damage, please inform Book Santos immediately
• Non-compliance may result in a fine from R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music or improper use
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
🚗Garage
• 1 rotating parking spot per apartment
• Starting March/26: Parking will be charged separately
• Suggestion: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, respecting the markings
🚲 Bicycle
• Going down the ramp to the basement, turning left you will find the Bike Rack
🔌 General Information
• To use the elevators, take the elevator at the end of the hallway, which serves units 05 to 10. Go down to the 9th floor. Your apartment is 905
• Voltage: 220V
• TVs: They are not smart TVs, they have open channels
• Air conditioning: to use it, keep the windows closed.
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off AC, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Waste
• Dispose of waste in the Waste Bin located on the ground floor inside the parking area, very close to the door that gives access to the garage
