Please check below some important information for your stay:
📌 Accommodation Rules
• Quiet hours start at 10 PM
• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing
• Candles or incense are not allowed
• No visitors or pets are allowed
• In case of damage, please contact Book Santos immediately
• Violations may result in a R$ 300 to R$ 500 fine, plus repair costs
🏊♂️ Pool and Common Areas
• Only with swimwear
• No drinks, loud music, or inappropriate behavior
• Use the service elevator if you are wet
🚗 Parking
• 1 rotating spot per apartment
• Follow the instructions provided on the page How to Access the Building [LINK]
• Suggested levels: 2nd or 3rd floor
• Park centered, within the marked lines
🚲 Bicycle
• Go down the ramp to the basement and turn left — you’ll find the Bike Rack
🔌 General Information
• To access the elevators, take the one at the end of the hallway, which serves units ending in 05 to 10. Go to the 11th floor — your apartment is 1109
• Voltage: 220V
• Stove: As stated in the advertisement, only the front burner is working; if the back burner is turned on, the main circuit breaker will trip.
• Living room TV: Smart TV with Samsung TV channels. It does not have open channels but you can watch Globo LIVE via Globoplay (no subscription required)
• Bedroom TVs: Not Smart, with open channels
• Air conditioning: please close the windows before using it
• When leaving: Close windows, turn off air conditioning, lights, TV, and lock the door
🗑️ Waste Bin
• Dispose of trash in the bins located on the ground floor inside the parking area, near the door that gives access to the garage
