** NOTE: The apartment is located in a residential condominium, so during your stay there may be scheduled or unscheduled activities that are part of the condominium routine, such as cleaning or restriction of some leisure areas, for example.

Security and access to the condominium:

• For everyone's safety, building access is controlled by 24-hour concierge service;

• At check-in, all guests must present a photo ID for entry authorization;

• Entry of non-authorized individuals not previously approved by Book Santos is not permitted;

• To find out which condominium areas are available for guest use, please check the amenities listed in the advertisement or contact us before completing your reservation.

Important information for your apartment check-in and check-out:

After booking confirmation:

• We request the details of all guests via form.

• After verification, a rental agreement will be prepared.

• Once the contract is confirmed, the entry authorization is sent to the building management.

• On the day of check-in, in the morning, you will receive all instructions for a smooth stay.

Check-in:

• From 3:00 pm, please go to the reception (operates 24 hours).

• ID for all guests is required upon entry.

• Send guest documents at least 1 day in advance.

• For same-day bookings: send documents at least 2 hours in advance.

• Entry authorization is sent until 9:00 pm — if you plan to arrive after this time, documents must be sent earlier.

Check-out:

• Must be completed by 11:00 am.

• Simply inform the host at departure—no need to wait for anyone.

Early check-in:

• Check availability with the host.

• If available, the previous day must be reserved at the cost of half a night’s rate (prepaid).

• For arrival before 6:00 am on the check-in day, an additional night must be booked.

Late check-out:

• Check availability with the host.

• If available, the following day must be reserved at the cost of half a night’s rate (prepaid).

• For departures after 11:00 pm, an additional night must be booked.

Our support team will contact you shortly after your reservation is made and is available every day from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm to assist with any needs!

Your reservation includes:

• Bed linen, pillows, and towels (bath/pool towels), according to the number of paying guests, as follows: The double bed will be made with sheets and 2 pillows, 1 bath towel per person, 1 face towel and 1 floor towel per bathroom, and 1 blanket available in the apartment. Items for the sofa bed are stored in the closet/drawer if the reservation is for more than 2 guests.
