A space designed for your comfort

The studio has been carefully arranged to provide a practical and comfortable stay, with basic amenities and utensils for preparing breakfast and quick, easy meals.

The sofa bed comfortably sleeps up to two people. The space also has room to organize luggage and belongings, making it easy to move around and keeping the place pleasant and functional.

The television offers access to streaming services, as well as free-to-air TV channels through a digital antenna.

A special touch is the mirror positioned to reflect the sea view, enhancing the landscape and bringing the beauty of the coast into the room.

For extra comfort while resting, the blackout curtain helps reduce outside light, creating a more pleasant environment to relax.

The bathroom has grab bars that provide additional support during use, contributing to more safety and convenience, especially for seniors and children.

Practicality, comfort and the charm of the sea view come together to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The Helbor Stay building has a 24-hour front desk, parking with valet service (paid separately), a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna for you to relax after the beach or after a long day of work, as well as a fridge with drinks and other products for immediate consumption.

There is also a breakfast buffet served by the building. Prices may change, so please confirm at check-in.

** NOTE: The apartment is in a residential building, so during your stay there may be scheduled or unscheduled activities that are part of the routine of a condominium, such as cleaning or the closure of a leisure area, for example.

Security and access to the building:

• For everyone's safety, access to the building is controlled by the 24-hour front desk;

• At check-in, all guests must present a photo ID to be allowed in;

• Entry of people not previously authorized by Book Santos is not allowed;

• To find out which areas of the building are available to guests, check the listing amenities or contact us before completing your booking.

Important information for your arrival and departure:

After the booking is confirmed:

• We request the details of all guests through a form.

• After verification, a rental agreement will be prepared.

• After the agreement is confirmed, the entry authorization is sent to the building.

• On the day of arrival, in the morning, you will receive all the guidance for a smooth stay.

Check-in:

• From 3:00 pm, go to the front desk (open 24 hours).

• Documents of all guests are mandatory upon entry.

• Send the documents at least 1 day in advance.

• For same-day bookings: send them at least 2 hours in advance.

• The entry authorization is sent until 9:00 pm — if you will arrive after that time, the documents must be sent beforehand.

Check-out:

• Must be done by 11:00 am.

• Just let the host know when you leave — there is no need to wait for anyone.

Early check-in:

• Check availability with the host.

• If available, the previous day must be blocked at the cost of a half-day rate (paid in advance).

• For entry before 6:00 am on the check-in day, an additional night must be booked.

Late check-out:

• Check availability with the host.

• If available, the following day will be blocked at the cost of a half-day rate (paid in advance).

• For departure after 11:00 pm, an additional night must be booked.

Our customer service team contacts you right after the booking and is available daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm to help with anything you need!

Your booking includes:

• Bed linen, pillows and towels (bath/pool towels), according to the number of paying guests, as follows: the double bed will be made up with sheets and 2 pillows, 1 bath towel per person, 1 hand towel and 1 floor mat per bathroom, and 1 blanket available in the apartment.

If you are coming by bus, take the bus that stops at the Santos/São Vicente border; it crosses the street of the building and you can walk from there.

The neighborhood is well served by bus lines that make it easy to reach other areas of Santos and neighboring cities. In addition, the proximity to Av. Ana Costa and the beachfront makes it easy to get around on foot or by bike, as the region has well-planned bike lanes and wide sidewalks. For those who drive, access to the city's main roads is quick, with parking options and alternative routes, making mobility simple and efficient.
