Please see below some important information for your stay:

📌 House Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No smoking in the apartment, balcony, or common areas

• Do not hang clothes or towels on the railing

• No use of candles or incense

• No visitors are allowed

• The apartment accepts small and medium-sized dogs up to 15kg – check pet fee

• Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300 to R$ 500, in addition to repair costs

🚗 Parking

• It is possible to use the building's parking lot at a cost of R$ 30.00

• The access tag is provided by security and must remain in the car during your entire stay, similar to the “Sem Parar” system

• Park centered, respecting the markings

🔌 General Information

• Voltage: 220V

• Elevators: There is a social elevator and a service elevator. Please use the service elevator when returning from the beach. The apartment is on the 6th floor. Your apartment is 604

• Living Room TV: it is not a Smart TV, but it has a Fire TV Stick that turns it into a Smart TV. Using the TV remote, press the Source button and select HDMI2 to switch to the Fire TV Stick. Then use the Fire TV Stick remote, as shown in the tutorial [LINK]

• Bedroom TVs: they are Smart and have open channels

• Blinds: they are delicate and must be handled with care, without forcing them and always vertically, never diagonally

🗑️ Waste Bin

• There is a waste bin on the floor, inside the small room to the right of the stairs, separating organic and recyclable trash

• The condominium may apply a fine if trash is found in the hallways or stairs

• Always close the windows when turning on the air conditioning

• Before leaving: close the windows, turn off the air conditioning, TV, and lights, and lock the door.
